The Naturally Sassy cookbook by Saskia Gregson-Williams is one of the older plant-based recipe books in my collection, published in 2015. It was a fairly new release when I started my vegan journey, and one that truly helped me find enjoyment in cooking after a period of having a difficult relationship with food.
This week, we placed an order from Dosa Park. I’ve eaten there before as their establishment is right opposite my office (in normal times), and I loved the food, so was really happy to see they delivered as far out in East Oxford as we live.
Launching just in time for the UK to go into lockdown, Bombay Express Oxford is a relatively new Indian delivery service in Oxford, offering something that I haven’t seen any others around here doing yet – plentiful vegan options with most importantly a clearly labelled menu.
