One of my most recent trips was to Bristol, which I’d noted from various Facebook groups and the number of entries on Happy Cow that it seemed like a very vegan-friendly city.

Pho is probably my favourite place to eat at in the Westgate shopping centre. Yes it’s a chain but the food is fresh, full of flavour, and importantly for someone who eats out as much as me, the menu is fairly kind to those of us on a budget.
I wanted to start my review by saying I had a really bad experience at Wildwood. However, this should come with the caveat that I visited the Covent Garden branch, and my experience may not be indicative of what the restaurant chain has to offer as a whole.
