As you might have gathered from my Wilderness Festival food round-up, I love street food. I love the passion and care that food truck owners clearly have for their food, and really admire them for cooking up what are often beautiful dishes with lots of different elements, in the tiniest of kitchens under pressured circumstances.
The Three Locks is a lovely family-run pub on the canal in Stoke Hammond, Buckinghamshire. They launched their vegan menu earlier this year, featuring a wonderful selection of delicious-sounding pub food.
I love vegan festivals because they feel like a safe haven where you don’t have to worry about triple checking an ingredients list, or feeling awkward about asking what’s in something.
